Product Care
Is my Bottle Bottle dishwasher safe? For most BottleBottle metal products, the bottles are dishwasher-safe, please contact customer service for specific bottle information. We recommend hand-washing the lids and straws.
How should I clean my BottleBottle?

We recommend using warm soapy water to wash the straw and lid.
Can I put other beverages in there besides water? Yes, All metal products can hold cold, carbonated, and hot drinks.
Do your products contain BPA? All plastics used in BottleBottle products are BPA- and phthalate-free.
Are stainless-steel bottles microwave safe? The stainless-steel bottles should never be microwaved.

Orders
What do I do if my promotion code doesn't work? Please check the code for case and spaces. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service on support@bottlebottle.com
Do you have a warranty? For products purchased on the official website, any defects caused by the manufacturer are eligible for a refund or free replacement within 90 days.

Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive (including processing and shipping)? The processing and shipping time may vary depending on the shipping method you choose. Orders are processed and shipped during business hours only, so please note that the following estimates exclude nights, weekends, and holidays.
Standard Shipping
If you choose standard shipping, orders placed before 1 PM GMT will be processed the same day and delivered within three to five business days. Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the following day.
Express Delivery
If you choose Express Delivery, orders placed before 1 PM GMT will be processed the same day and delivered in 1-2 days. Orders placed after 1 PM GMT will be processed and shipped the following day.
