Warranty & Return

We are proud to stand behind all of our products. Every BottleBottle product is made to the highest standard and we offer a 90 Days Warranty on our products covering any manufacturer’s defects.


What does our warranty cover?

1. Broken lids: If a bottle lid breaks or is found to be leaking, please follow the steps below to file a claim. If the cap is marketed as leak-proof, but still leaks at the mouth of the bottle or around the bottle threads, it is considered a failure.

2. Beverage Utensils that Lose Insulation: BottleBottle is vacuum insulated for life for its stainless steel containers. Although failure of vacuum insulation is rare, it can still occur. The test for vacuum insulation failure is to see if the temperature inside the container affects the temperature outside the container. For example, do hot contents inside a container make the outside of the container hot, or do cold contents inside a container make the outside of the container cold? Testing how long the contents of a container remain hot or cold is not sufficient because there are many variables that can affect how long it takes for the contents of a container to change temperature.

To test the integrity of a container's vacuum insulation, fill the container with boiling or ice water. (If boiling water is used, be very careful not to close the lid when pouring the water. Also, do not hold the container while filling it with water). Wait 5 to 10 minutes, then test any part of the outside of the container to see if it gets hot or cold. If it does, contact us to confirm that you are eligible for a replacement product.

3. Shipping related damages or issues: If your product arrives and has been dented or scratched in the shipping process please follow the steps to initiate a claim. If you use your product, we cannot replace it due to shipping damage.


What our warranty does not cover?

1. Please remember our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, dents or scratches, or powder coating chips from being dropped or damaged.

2. Lost or stolen product are not covered by the warranty.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 Business days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


To return your product, you should contact, our customer service will provide the warehouse address nearest to you. You should mail the product to our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
