Orders

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. When your order is shipped, we will send you another email along with the link and the tracking number, you could track the status of your order fromtrack your order.

We can only change order info that has not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your contact info, please reach out to our support team by submitting your request via theContact Usform.

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications to the order. If you would like to change the product color, please contact our customer support team throughContact Usbefore the order is shipped. If you would like to change the quantity or the size of the product, you need to cancel the order and place a new order.

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to our customer service at contact@bottlebottle.com immediately. We could cancel the order for you if your order hasn't been shipped.

Yes, we do accept returns on the following conditions:
- The item must have been purchased from our online store.
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should be returned with its original packaging and all accessories with the tags on.

Shipping

Our current shipping area is the Contiguous US/UK. For other areas that require shipping, please contact our customer support viaContact Us.

In general, your order will take 1-2 business days to ship and will arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. You can find more information on the Shipping Policy.

At present, we cooperate with USPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, UPS and other logistics providers, temporarily can not specify the logistics delivery, the system will be based on the shipping address, automatically arrange the appropriate logistics.
