Bottlebottle bottle, can-cooler, glass, infuser, kids bottle, shaker, tumbler carry a limited warranty against manufacturer’s defects for the product. Bottlebottle will replace any product found to be defective within the scope of normal and appropriate use. Replacement parts will be utilized to address defects when available.

 

Before submitting a warranty claim, please read the following:

Broken or leaking bottle

When in the normal use of the bottle, If your cap or the body of the bottle breaks or you notice a leak, do not send your bottle to us. Instead, send an email to contact@bottlebottle.com, and state the problem in the email. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of your cap to validate the claim.

Bottles that are damaged or lost during the shipping process

If you ordered your bottle from bottlebottle.com or bottlebottle amazon store, when you receive a damaged package, or you don't receive the package in a long time after you place the order, please contact us. We will replace it for you. Please note you may be required to send us a photo of the damaged package to validate the claim.

 

What our warranty does not cover?

  1. Please remember our warranty does not cover general wear and tear, dents or scratches, or powder coating chips from being dropped or damaged.
  2. Lost or stolen product are not covered by the warranty.

 

Please note that if your bottlebottle product is eligible for a replacement then your replacement will be the same size and color as your purchased product.  If your product is no longer in stock then your replacement will be of a similar size and color.

 

Can I return my product purchased at bottlebottle.com if it is not defective?

Non-defective products purchased on bottlebottle.com can be returned to bottlebottle for a full refund within 90 days of the purchase date. And you need to bear the return freight. To be eligible for a return, products must be in an unused condition with their original packaging intact.

 

Are Personalized or Custom Orders eligible for return?

 

Since all personalized or custom engraving orders are permanently customized to your liking, they are not eligible for returns.

Is the warranty dependent on where I bought my bottlebottle product?

 

No. The limited warranty applies to products bought online or in stores.
